Best experience I've ever had with this type of business. Tree boys were knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and professional. I did not get the slightest feeling that I might get ripped off - for being a woman or any other reason. Quite the contrary: I spoke with them on the phone, ordered a tire and rim, and asked for it to be ready for me the the following morning. This they did, and they were the only tire place in Lansing or St. Johns capable of selling both products as well as the labor involved. As it turned out, my husband recalled the size incorrectly so it ended up being too big. When I went back to switch to tree right size tire, they happily did so, at no charge, even though the mistake was on my end! I was already extremely impressed, but these guys went even more above and beyond, noticing that another tire had a nail in it, and offered to fix it...also free of charge! This kind of behavior is unheard of, particularly in this field, and they earned my full loyalty for life. Excellent boys!!
